Make sure she had someone to take care of her forever, not just me 24/7. Like a in home nanny and buy a home for her and that would probably spend all of the money. Down Payment and then put it into a saving thing so she can be set for life. All the rest of you good luck! She's a single school teacher, and we've been beating the pavements looking for a nice 2 bedroom place she can afford, and the location is GREAT. It's disheartening to see her teach all day and coach all evening and still not be albe to afford a place of her own! I'm keeping my fingers crosses! Cash? Boy, it goes quickly, doesn't it?
